Potato & watercress soup,  kim chi

Artisanal Cheese Quiche Salad – Young Greens, gluten free crust (buckwheat, etc)

Butternut salad – goat cheese puree, watercress and frisee, apple cider vinaigrette, asian pears and golden raisins

Smoked trout, warm frisee,  trout roe, herbs, champagne vin, winter radish, fennel, herbs

Baked Oysters, salsify creamed spinach, béarnaise, brioche

Mussels Saffron, fennel, garlic, broth

Foie Gras Torchon, cranberries, brioche, shallots Sauternes, pistachios

Agnolotti- pulled chicken greens, ricotta, pumpkin, smoked chicken brodo
