April Ryland Farmers & Family Sunday Dinner

This month on Sunday, April 9th and 23rd, at 3:00 PM  we’ll be hosting another three-course farm to table dinner served family-style and hosted by Chef Albrecht. Enjoy three dishes made from fresh, local ingredients and paired with wines, craft beers, or ciders from local vineyard and wineries. Get to know our Chef, make new friends, and enjoy a wonderful meal every two weeks at The Ryland Inn. For more information on beverage pairings please contact us directly!

Our April Dinners

Hor D’oeuvres will be served starting at 3:30 and dinner will follow at 4pm.

Our April 9th dinner will highlight Chicken and produce from Griggstown Farm! There will be two guest speakers including George Rude, who started Griggstown Farm nearly 40 years ago, and Alec Gioseffi, President of Cherry Valley Cooperative Farm.

Our April 23rd dinner will feature Berkshire pork from Roaming Acres Farm brought to us by Fossil Farms, a company that connects the most discerning chefs with small, artisanal farms. We will have two guest speakers including the farmer from Roaming Acres and Brett from Fossil Farms! In addition to all of this, our beverage pairing will be Iron Bound Cider!
