Kitchen Basics (knife sharpening – basic butchering, meat, fish, vegetables)
Our first-class of 2020 will offer guests an opportunity to observe knife sharpening, then sharpen their own knives. There will be demonstrations of various knife cuts and how to select what knife to use. Other focus include basic met fish and vegetable cuts. Finally, tour the Ryland kitchen to observe various kitchen tools and talk with cooks about their personal favorites.
